So I only have a few weeks of freedom left before school starts. I have so many projects I need to finish before all my time is taken away from me by schoolwork. I'm excited and terrified at the same time. This is going to be at such a level that I have never comprehended being able to accomplish before. So my projects to name a few: refinishing a kitchen table, assemble enough of the sprinkler system to be able to water the garden, solar screens for the windows, a garage sale, and take care of some landscaping. Those are the big ones and to help with the landscaping we received a big blessing the other day. Some friends of ours who live nearby called us saying one of their neighbors had a hugs pile of rocks in front of their house with a big Free Rock sign on top of it. We went right over, and I talked to the owner .He said they had put new landscaping in and his wife didn't like it. So they took out that landscaping and put in different landscaping. She like the new landscaping even less and so they took out that landscaping and put in the previous stuff. He just wanted somebody to haul it off. I was happy to oblige. Hunter had a great time helping me and getting to use a shovel. So we threw some tarps down in the back of the van and 8 trips later with 25 wheelbarrow trips full of rock from the driveway to the back yard it was done. It should be enough to do my entire backyard. Now all I need is the entire sprinkler system in and the grass and the pavers with the retaining wall complete with the kids new play set assembled. No big deal, maybe I'll finish it all up on Saturday. ;)
