Hijacked Blog ...

This is the wife ... I've hijacked the blog ... lol! :) We had an awesome Valentine's Day and that is a big part of the reason that I've hijacked his blog ... had to share what we did for the kids. They made their valentine's for each other and friends. We made these to give out with our regular valentine's to friends. Than each family member worked on something to give the others ... Hunter spent over an hour peeling the crayon labels off & did this! I was amazed that he had the ability to sit that long, he's always our silly, jumpy boy.
Then, Savannah made these fantastic lollipops ... unfortunately no pics ... but they were awesome!
I finished some long overdue projects, Ryan helped watch the kids and stayed up a LOT of late nights visiting with me so I could finish them. Hunter had asked me to make him a space ship blanket (almost six months) ago ...
Ryan stained a doll cradle we were given and I made a cute doll blanket & doll mattress from my stash of fabric ( I *heart* this design block) ...and Colton ... well ... he got more homemade bibs ... I think he has five (?) now ...
Then for Ryan ... he's a big Zelda fan. Our second Christmas he got the game cube specifically for the Zelda game that he *knew* would come out eventually ... we used to own every Zelda game out there (unfortunately the kids have broken some of them) ... so when I saw this fun little cross-stich of old school Zelda, I couldn't resist! Also, I made him a fun tumbler to carry his drinks in ... he plays so much with the kids in the morning, that more often than not he is running late & eating his breakfast while driving to work ... now he can have a fun picture mug to enjoy his favorite drink in ... hot chocolate!Holy cow! Didn't mean to make a novel out of this ... not sure if anybody will actually read to the end ... lol ... but thanks honey for letting me put all of this! He's been encouraging (is that really the right word???) this evening of me doing an entry ... now I have his birthday stuff to work on!
